I’m Sam — a certified strength coach focused on building capability people can rely on. Not just in the gym, but in real life, under real conditions.

After losing my leg in 2017 while serving as a Navy officer, I had to relearn how to move, train, and trust my body. That process — combined with years of coaching, endurance projects, and working with people navigating real constraints — shaped the practical coaching system I use today.

I help people reduce daily friction, rebuild confidence in their bodies, and prepare for challenges that actually matter to them.
